servers not removing

Sry i didn't see anything about this any where, but once i delete a game server. It never removes it from Admin Home > Gaming Services , it only says UNKNOWN under the status area.

 

Is there a thread i may have missed reguarding this ? thanks for your help.

The monitor is not running or is being blocked by a firewall

we don't run a firewall on the box, and for the monitor. I'm not sure which monitor your talking about.

where is it located , in the tcadmin webpage or on the game server box where tcadmin was installed ?

My mistake, I only briefly glanced at your message. In your situation you need to go into service settings (for the game) and uncheck the box for delete files when service is deleted. The files have been deleted, but took to long resulting in TcAdmin timing out and leaving the service intact. And now it is saying unknown since the service can't find the files, and won't finish deleting since its current instructions are to delete the files when it is deleted. And it can't delete what it can't find
