Support Ticket Emails

One issue I currently have with TCAdmin is the support tickets. When I reply to a ticket, I get two emails notifying me that it has been updated. I don't want to be notified when I update the ticket, but I do want the user to be. I'd like to be notified when the user updates the ticket however.

 

In addition, when a ticket is created/updated it would be nice to see in the email the created/updated text so that a login is not needed to view this information.

 

Can anyone share their email templates for the support system?
