Some games not showing up

We have some games not showing up on our server setup list.

 

When a client orders from mbadmin, it processes fine, put's it through to TCAdmin to take over, but then no matter what server we choose, it tells us that there are no available slots on that server.

 

When we try and add it via manual setup in TCAdmin, it doesn't display Left4Dead in any of the drop-downs for each server. This happens for quite a few games.

 

What could be the problem?

game files not on the server, game not selected as available for setup, number of slots server can hold set to low or all used up.

have you ticked signup's and highlighted the games ?

Have you put the game files in the correct folders as it states in supported games ?

Or the names of your folders they are in do not match the name in your TCA cfg.
