Iam currently trying to get the TCA.MODs working but i dont know where tobegin

 

Would someone be able to point in the right direction on how to get the mods install working ?

Basically, you package up whatever it is (in a zip), so when it extracts, it'll extract to the root folder (eg C:\Userfiles\username\TC47834793499\orangebox). Then you'll need to create a config in the game configuration (System>Game Configs>Game>Game Mods>Create)

ok i understand some of it like zipping and stuff but where the heck is is location can you give me full path from tcadmin?

i do not see the above anywhere in my tcadmin admin panel

Game Mods and hit new there is the place you need to add mods

 

 

The only thing that you should do is rar the contents of the game folders and place the rar file into the C:\GameInstalls folder. Example

 

C:\GameInstalls\SMod.rar

ok i have found this i just went to install mani mod it installed but it didnt go into the cstrike directory it went in the root directory

 

how can i change this?

zip it up with the proper folder structure. If it went in the root then you didn't zip it up with the cstrike folder.

Got it working and map packs aswell

 

But i have just noticed 1 thing 1 of my servers says disable

 

i cannot start the server even when logged in with admin

 

i have started the server thru the services terminal on the server but if i stop it in tcadmin it wont let me start it again

 

 

any ideas why this is doing it ?

The server is probably disabled in TCAdmin. To change this, do the following:

 

- Log into your TCAdmin Control panel.

- Go to the "Service Settings" for the server that's disabled.

- Scroll down to the "Startup Type" drop-down box in the "Service Settings" block and select something other than "Disabled". I use "Automatic" on all my servers.

 

Then start the server with TCAdmin and you should be good to go.
