Banned

I was given the Admin access page by our server admin for the 82ndab Call of Duty clan and I entered my password in the box incorrectly several times. now i get this message when i try to log in:

 

Your IP has been banned. If you think this is an error contact support.

 

I can be verified by my server admin and can provide my own verification. how can i get unbanned so i will have my TCAdmin access?

i was able to do the recover password and i do now have my correct password but it still says i'm banned, so i can not use the Support features lol help!

Are you a client of TCAdmin or do you just use TCAdmin for your game server?

i was finally able to get a ticket submitted to tech support, thank you.
