another steam update?

Stopping the game server...

Game server has been stopped.

 

And thats were it stays. Command line is right. update.exe file is in the monitor folder. I can't seem to figure it out. Everything is setup just the same as mine, and mine works. This guys does not. (yes helping someone.........or trying).

 

Any ideas to look at?

ok. well. I am guessing he has a firewall issue. cause his other servers it work fine on.
