Allows for payments of any amount to be made via paypal and automatically reconciled against an existing invoice from the view invoice screen. Usefull if you allowing a customer to pay an invoice off over time. Also reduces the need for the double handeling of the add funds methods. You have the ability control activation either globally or per customer.
