iam wondering how do i turn a remote server into a master server / monitorr ?

 

 

I have 1 master server and remote server i have all game server moved over to new server wich is my remote but i want to turn the remote server into a master monitor

 

i have the website and database on a VPS account

 

 

So just need to know how to make my remote into a master server / monitor
