Creates user but no game server

Hi all iam running into a problem here this was working but now when an order comes thru it says status new in pending auto setup it will not show processing iam not even getting an error

 

but if i go to process advanced it will process it

Take a look at your TCAdmin log files

 

billingapi.lastcommand.txt

BillingAPI.txt

BillingAPI.Errors.txt

 

Sounds like one of your required variables is not getting passed to TCA, at least one of these files should show which is missing.

Found my error i was creating new packages and in configurable option i did have the word Datacentre lol
