Mail Delivery Failed: Returning message to sender.

Recommended Posts

:)When a support ticket is submitted by a tcadmin client, The email reads like such.... Don't know what could be causing it... however, if we are sending responses out to that ticket, everything shows up in client's inbox fine. It's only when the client sends US a ticket reply, or starts a ticket. I have attached a screenshot of how we've got the support plugin configged. Any help would be appreciated much :)
