"If you are an administrator please contact TCADMIN SUPPORT"

Just recieved the following error when logging in..

 

An error has occurred. Contact an administrator. If you are an administrator please contact TCADMIN SUPPORT.

 

I then restarted the masterserver and I then got this message.

 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

I don't have access to the login details which the license is bound to as my colleague is out of contact at the moment.

 

I did load it up in console mode and it stated..

 

CHECKING LICENSE....

contact TCADMIN SUPPORT.

 

Not sure if it's port issue or expired license, if you could shed some light on this that would be most appreciated.
