But if you need a solution only for a server, why not using something HP iLO ? It's a remote management card that includes a remote KVM, system power control (shutdown, power on, reboot) and remote floppy/cdrom. For a DL120G5 the iLO card (Lights-Out 100c RMC) cost around 185€.
