COD:WAW Patch 1.3 issues

Since installing the patch I have been getting complaints and witnessed sporadic lag spikes on a number of servers. Not all but a couple on the same box for example spike every couple minutes.

 

I tried everything known to man, disabled firewall, reinstalled server from scratch, no mods, recompiled config. Im really out of ideas. Only thing I havent changed is the IP. All this began after the patch was installed.

Anyone else experiencing isssues ?

Just figured out now its only maps with tanks. I disabled tanks now its better. This is the guys vehicle settings. Anything odd ?
