Starting up tcadmin

I have tcadmin install in our dedicated server, the problem im having is starting it up. I did this before but forgot the steps. When i click "start monitor in console mode" i get this "port is already in use try again in 5 seconds. did you stop tcadmin monitor service before starting the console" I know there's a step before clicking on the start monitor in console mode.

Anyone got an idea...

It is already running in service mode.

Hmm, i cant get the ips to show on my control panel in order to start up a server.

System Settings > Servers "Configure IPs" from the drop down

Do you mean in the tcadmin control panel, if so we dont have that option as were just a client.

Yes, the host running the master will need to do this.

Ok i see, i've been trying all day to get a server running lol.

If your just a client you shouldnt have to do anything.

 

Call the person providing you the server and ask them why your servers arent working.
