IP's not showing up

So I recently moved one of my boxes down the street to a new datacenter where we received our new IP address and all that good jazz. I started adding in about 10 IP's to start to get the customer back up. I remember an update that stated that you would not need to reissue the license for an IP change (correct me if I am wrong, license still seems to be working as far as I can tell). Now, I added the IP's to the NIC then went ahead and imported them into TCadmin. They were successfully added as well as enabled for game setup. I went to go change one of the servers IP addresses however it will only display,, and the main NIC IP address. and are not configured as "IP Addresses" in the Configure IP's section. What exactly am I doing wrong?
