Automatic setup on new server

How to get billing api to set up on new servers.

 

I use WHMCS for automatic setup. We have a new server and I want it to automatically set up on this new server no matter what (i have enabled the api on that server etc) but don't know how to get this to work.

 

I have tried setting the whmcs IP to the new server but that rejects it I have to send it to master.

 

How do I do this. I can see all these load balancing thing, but I want it to PERMANENTLY set up on the new one until I say otherwise.
