Amxmodx Install

Are there any tutorials here on how to install the mod through tcadmin? Do I need to install metamod?

You will need to install everything it says on the amx website documentation, include it all if you wish to make a one-click install package for it.

I downloaded the full package and installed it. Now I have c:/Gameinstalls/CS/TCA.Mods/ metamod/ and amxmodx/. I was told to create a zip of amxmodx.zip. How does it detect the configs and is there a default command line?

You will need to set this up by going into the config files for the game, clicking configure.. scrolling down and clicking mods.

 

You can add a new mod, set the command line and the relative file name.

Just to add....

 

You can also set a predefined config from a template for mods as well, just as you do with the actual game install. Obviously this is only for the mods that require additional configs.

 

Again, it is within the mod set up screens.
