Client Area Problem

I signed up for the TCAdmin Demo, and I logged into the Client area at http://clients.tcadmin.com/ and saw my demo was pending, I waited for an hour, and it was still pending. I went to bed and woke up this morning, went to login to the client area, and it says that my login was incorrect, I clicked the forgot password and it said that my email was invalid. This is the email that I signed up with, and I saw in my confirmation email. This was also not a free email, so I don't know what's wrong here. If anyone can help me because TCAdmin is the last thing I need to setup before my GSP will be functional. Thanks, APlus

Did you use a free email provindor?

No, the email was webmaster@dinerostudios.com, a URL which I own.

If your site is not a gaming clan or GSP site, that may have caused the account to be deleted.

Indeed. Your website needs to be gameserver-provider related.

Ah, okay. I am setting up the official site for APlus right now, can I just go and make another account and use the email for the official site?

As long as the site is up you can. Each trial request gets hand checked. If the site you enter has nothing to do with gaming then it gets denied.
