Client Area Problem

I signed up for the TCAdmin Demo, and I logged into the Client area at http://clients.tcadmin.com/ and saw my demo was pending, I waited for an hour, and it was still pending. I went to bed and woke up this morning, went to login to the client area, and it says that my login was incorrect, I clicked the forgot password and it said that my email was invalid. This is the email that I signed up with, and I saw in my confirmation email. This was also not a free email, so I don't know what's wrong here. If anyone can help me because TCAdmin is the last thing I need to setup before my GSP will be functional. Thanks, APlus
