Invoices and Payments

Just a note to all of our clients. With the introduction of our new billing system, licenses and webhosting accounts are now on suspension automation. What does that mean? Well in a nutshell, if you don't pay your bills ontime, your licenses and hosting accounts will be suspended.

 

 

 

Please remember it is your responsibility to pay for your hosting and licenses ontime. The modernbill system sends out invoices well ahead of the due date. And even allows for 3 days after the payment is due before it suspends the account.

 

 

 

Any client paying with Paypal where funds are being drawn from their bank accounts, remember to allow 3-4 days from the time you submit the payment to the time it actually reaches our Paypal account. The invoice is not marked paid until the transaction is totally complete.
