Occuring Error

Hi,

 

I am recieving this error upon clicking create in WHMCS

 

Module Command Error

-1 - Game datacenter id does not exist.

 

Any idea how I resolve this error?

 

I've searched through forums, tried suggested methods and am still baffled, it'll probably be something small and silly slapping me in the face!

You haven't specified the datacenter ID or it's incorrect.

 

The datacenter / servers work as a parent > child theory.

 

PARENT: Datacenter

CHILD: Server

 

Both have unique individual ID's

Hi,

 

Its installing the servers on the master server, there is no unique ID for this?

 

I have specified the correct datacentre ID as was checked several times.

Update,

 

all connects however isn't creating servers - everything i'm sure matches, game ID is 10 as it is in tcadmin, not tc2139021390 etc as thats what it shows.

 

Its creating account, just not the game server.

 

If anybody can help will be much appreciated.
