firewall settings for moving a game server

Tried to move a game server for first time today and i got that error :

 

Unknown error. Could not get folder contents of /TC51205344068783231636442 on the origin ftp server. This might be because a firewall on one of the servers is blocking the connection.

 

 

Is there a specific port to open when transfering a game server?

Maybe a tcp to be open in udp too?
