I recently notice, when I install COD4 servers all my mods auto install aswell. However in the packed up zip of the game (COD4). Where it extracts the game from. There is no mods in the mods folder, It's empty.

what about your gamefiles copy, it pulls from that before it will pull from a zipped up copy. Afraid I have never ever seen it install mods for any game automatically unless they are allready installed on the files it is told to use to create the game. I think you should double and triple check your source files
