Getting a trial key

Hi,

 

 

 

We are trying to get a trial key for TcAdmin but so far no luck. We left a message on voicemail last friday and have since sent two e-mails to sales@tcadmin.com. Both mails are in the ticket system but are still unanswered.

 

 

 

The sales phonenumber seems to be unavailable all the time (ie getting voicemail). We are calling from the Netherlands (GMT+1) so the time delay can be a problem. What is the best time to call the sales department or how can we speed up the trial key delivery?

Steve tried to respond to your voicemail a couple days ago, but said he had received no answer when he called. He would have called around 9am EST.

 

 

 

I will take a look at the current trial requests in the support system and make sure yours goes out today.
