Game-Monitor integration

Does anybody know much about the game-monitor submission?

 

I have it enabled, although when we click submit, it doesn't submit any of the gameservers and says "server not found in the game-monitor database".

 

I've tried this over the past few hours with 1/2 an our wait time in-between over a few servers, still no result.

 

Anybody have any ideas why it's not submitting?
