AA3 problem

When I try to run the server I get this error

 

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

 

I am sure I am missing something that is required for the game like dont net 3.0 or something. Does anyone know what could be missing?

u need DirectX files installed + when u have an AMD Cpu, you need the CPU Drivers!

I have also one problem,looks like only one player can play all others needs to spectate ?

 

I have changed in default.ini file and game.ini file to spectate=onlyPlayers or if I try specateAll its still the same

 

Even I tried to change spectators set from 2 to 0 but no succes ,can somone help with this looks like I am missing line or this can be related with problems dev team having after release AA3?

 

If somone can help or post any solution for this would be nice

I had those installed..but thanks Jaggl.. it looks like its related to Visual C+++ and I need to update this. Your help and those of others are greatly appreciated! You guyz rock!
