RONEDOGG + tc admin + whmcs +10 hours = 000

hey guys sorry for the shady topic.

im having some serious issues i have been up for 10 hours trying to get it to work.

 

i have everyting configured properly as far as i know, here is my situation

 

i did everything but go into Admin Home > System Settings > Plugins > Automation Configuration

and set the allowed ip for the website i am running off http://www.rageservers.com

 

and i get this error in whmcs

 

Module Command Error

System.Exception: ACCESS DENIED: 69.72.242.186. Wrong password for . at Web.billingapi.xde97676d01739ced(Object xe0292b9ed559da7d, EventArgs xfbf34718e704c6bc)

 

and this error in the logs on tc admin

i have set the username and password on 5 different accounts and i get same error.

 

when i remove the ip from allowed ip and just leave it blank, witch i take it means any ip or host connecting. and i get this error in whmcs

No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://69.162.87.18/billingapi.aspx

 

and this in the logs

stuck in a circle. maybe its because i have been up all night and im missing something or misreading something.

 

if anyone can help please do enlighten me please lol

Do you have admin IP restriction on? They added that after to deal with dictionary attecks, and if your web servers IP is not also in there in addition to the allowed api IPs then it will reject the login.

i have added the ip to the allowed ips on both the user acc and the autosetup config.

 

i still get this error

is there something i have to manual edit in the aspx files ?

are you using the tcadmin_advanced ?

 

or the one matt has built into whmcs ?

yes i am useing the tcadmin_advanced downloaded form this website.
