chrisj383
Hi, My users are emailing me saying that there file manager wont upload any files, when i've tested it i got these results: Network Timeout The operation timed out when attempting to contact 94.136.39.167 The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply. Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary failure? Try again later. Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection. Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing. Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet provider for assistance. What could be causing this timeout. Thanks, Chris
Dan M
Have you tried restarting your monitor service on the server that's having the issue?
ECF
If you are running a firewall make sure you have ports 80-85 open. The filemanager starts at port 81 and works its way up from there if there if there is more than one upload active. Usually 5 ports are sufficient. Also make sure that you are not trying to upload restricted file extensions such as .exe, .bat, .dll etc...
