noob to whmcs

i am a CE user, but i whant to change to whmcs 4.02 with adv_tcadmin.

 

i just can get it to work look at all doc i can find, but no luck.

 

dataoutput is missing, is there some one that can show me howto setup

one or 2 cfg for a game ???
