You are not going to find a dedicated server with 20 Mbps anywhere for $300 a month.

I can get you 100 Mbps for around $1500 a month

It will lower my price to $265. Just a quick question why do you need so much bandwidth? The highest bandwidth usage I have seen on my servers is 5 Mbps and that server has 40 game installs on it and we use it as our ftp server for game installs

If you plan on purchasing bandwidth in Mbps most companies are going to charge you $20 to $25 per Mbps so don't expect to get 100 Mbps for $300 a month.

20 Mbps for $300 is reasonable but that is only for the bandwidth the dedicated server will cost extra.

If you must have 20 Mbps the best I can do is $575 for a dual quad core (5410) with 8 gigs of ram and 500 Gig HD

Don't get Mbps confused with data transfer which is measured in GB. 20 Mbps is equal to 6480 GB of transfer per month and 100 Mbps is 32400 GB of transfer per month

So someone offering 2500 GB of monthly transfer is equal to around 8 Mbps
