WR-Rob
Ok so now after a few hours of trying to get the automatic mail working i am seeking support from others. The problem i am receiving is this error message: Error while sending the email: The transport failed to connect to the server. I have followed and tried every guide i can find on how to resolve this issue with no joy. I have now tested 3 different email accounts on 3 different hosts all with working port 25. As per a previous support thread they was told to attempt to telnet mail.domain.com 25 This has worked for all my domains yet still no joy. I have checked the Mail.errors.txt file and that only shows the below 20/07/2009 05:23:51 : -TO: name@domain.co.uk -FROM: gamecp@domain.com -SUBJECT: TCAdmin Email Test 20/07/2009 05:25:40 : Error while sending mail: The transport failed to connect to the server. I have not recieved any other error messages. Can anyone shed some light? Regards Rob
