The High CPU isnt an issue or a problem actually so it cannot be "fixed".

 

Arma's AI is calculated by server thats why its eating so much CPU and this will not change.

touched files are 6,8Gb so u better install the patch on a machine and create ur own touched files archive. I may put 1 online altho soon.

I have the game not installled shit and the hacker have compromised my work

so if you have a fast download for the 6gb touched file will be a big big favour

you dont need the game installed, theres a trick to make it think its installed, browse ur registry for "arma" then export the keys containing the path and gamekey and import them on your server editing the install path if needed.

 

Im uploading the touched files atm but my servers are in france so idk how fast it gona be for u.
