battlefront: start failed

Sorry if i have a bad english...

 

I have windows server 2008 datacenter - 64 bits.

 

When i want to launch, same in manually, i get this error and game server crashs:

 

getfileversioninfoexw not found with VERSION.DLL

 

version.dll is inclued in the battlefront's installation

 

 

Have you an idea please to fix this error?

My guess it is the OS. That game is very old and is probably not compatible with the Windows Server 2008 kernel.

Can you right click the exe and choose properties and click run as Windows XP?
