Derek
Hello, so we had to change one of our machines main ip which had the master teamspeak server located on it. How can we change the ip/port of the teamspeaks for our clients ???
ECF
System Settings>Voice Server Settings. Change the IP of the Master TS Server. Ports should stay the same as they were. Don't forget to change the server.ini file within TS to reflect the new IP as well.

tehrichie
Possible that they're trying to connect with a custom hostname, and it hasn't resolved for them yet if it was changed? Let us know if you get it resolved.
