ECF
For those of you running HL or CS servers please visit our download section in the support system. I just posted a program that is supposed to block DoS attacks and other exploits on your HLDS servers. This is not our program, it is something I came across on the web. Website of the program creators is in the download section as well.

p4rp4d30
is known, but there are times when the program does not work with the processes that TCADMIN used for your system. therefore it is good to use other methods because it does not work 100% this method. ECF
According to the program's documentation it will pick up on any hlds.exe instance that is started on the server. I don't see how TCAdmin would interfere with this? TCAdmin simply starts an hlds.exe process for each game server which the program should then pick up on and patch or cover etc...
