dimitrifrom31 Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Today I received 2 subscription payments created via paypal and my billing system (Client Exec) did not mark them as paid, I first assumed it was a CE issue until I came on TCA to order a new Remote licence. After paying it it still appears as not paid in my client area and when updating my licence details it was not yet added. I was at lunch and seen a payment come through, for a server that was suspended due to non payment - then tickets followed asking why the invoice doesn't say paid and why the server isn't up. :/ Can't even enjoy a lunch without a ticket opened.
