I saw this faq and this caught my attention

 

Will there be an option to have my own dedicated server? Yes, DICE will have trusted partners with datacenters worldwide that you'll be able to rent a dedicated server from ensuring you always have a quality server in your region.

 

How does one become a "Trusted Partner" with EA. Anyone know?

Trusted partenrs have pretty much been established already way back during the BF2 ranking. From what I hear they are not looking for any more partners.

 

However you can send them an email, you never know...
