Can't get game stats from Team Fortress 2 or CSS

HI guys,

 

I've written a script that uses the GameStat.dll to get real time game info from our game servers. I can successfully pull info from COD4 and COD:WAW games but for some reason TF2 and CSS just won't give me anything.

 

I've checked the game type I'm using for the query and they're correct (HalfLife2 and CSS respectively).

 

Anyone got any ideas why this is happening? (The COD games are on the same server so the environment is the same)
