Help moving the Master Server

OK I am upgrading from Dedicated to Colocated servers. I have been running my colocated server as a remote for the last 2 months to make sure all was well before I dropped the dedicated server and went with my own box.

 

But now that I am trying to move the master server to the remote I am not having any luck. When I run the configuration utility on the remote tcadmin the options to make it a master are now greyed out? They weren't greyed out originally and I know IIS 6.0 is running as that is what I use to run the websites.

 

 

 

Any ideas whats wrong? Should I submit a trouble ticket on this?
