Demo License Expired!

I was wondering, when you purchase a licence for TCAdmin, do you have to install it or does your demo automatically become a full licence?

 

 

 

I have a lot of unhappy customers because the licence has expired, yet we bought a licence on the 31st Jan.

 

 

 

The best bit is the about page (where support suggest you can swap licences), doesn't work when the licence is expired

 

 

 

I saw somewhere else on the forum (sep 05 post) that the demo automatically becomes a full licence.

You shouldn't have to change the license key info if you ordered under the same trial key you had.

 

 

 

Unless you ordered and fogot to put the trial key in the order form. Then yes, you can eneter the new one.
