vrod
Hi Im experiencing that my tcadmin monitor service freezes many times. This started about 1 week ago. Its only freezing on the master server, not any of the remotes. I cant restart the service, its just hanging at stopping... and then doesnt go any further. Please help me, my customers are spammin our ticket system about it! BR Chris
dimitrifrom31
good news is that if you use TCA for support tickets they cant spam you when its frozen. Sorry just joking, did you try to run the TCA config utility on the master ? Did you try to run it in console mode ? Did you check services properties to make it resart automatically if crashing ? ECF
The monitor runs on low priority. Which means if you have a lot going on your server at once it can attempt to perform a command but get stuck in a loop because it started the command but some other program butted in to the CPU priority. Try setting the priority of the monitor to normal and see if it clears it up for you.
vrod
Hi ECF I will try set the priority to high and see what happens
vrod
I have now tried to set it to high some while ago, but its STILL crashing! It annoys me and mostly, my customers! If this can't be solved, i am going to use another panel, because i can't provide this kind of bad service to my customers!
dimitrifrom31
services properties > recovery > restart service this wont fix the crash but restart the service if it crashes meanwhile you can try to figure out why it crashes. Must be something wrong with your setup, you can get sum1 to install TCA for you.

Its funny to see how you are just mad at TCadmin but it could be something from your end. Don't jump to conclusions blaming its TCadmin panel when no one is having this problem but you. Sure, you can say you want to move to another panel, and GO for it. No one is stopping you, and a miracle isn't happening. But I do wish you the best of luck! vrod
Yes it could be maybe be my problem, but what would it be? As ECF mentioned before, it could be stuck in to a loop and then crash because of the CPU priority. I am not mad at TCAdmin, but exactly that problem is just too annoying and no one here seems to have a fix for it

Derek
Did you bother putting in a ticket with TCAdmin ? Luis will do wonders and can turn a broken install into a working one PS. I would rather use no panel then try to find another game panel. Nothing comes close to what tcadmin has to offer in regards to support and functionality.
