bf1942 issue

I am receiving this issue when I try to run bfservermanager on a server

 

No active ip network interfaces could be detected on this system! Server manager requires at least one active interface to launch a server.

 

I had another issue with this server until I upgraded my bfservermanager to a newer one I found on the net. I think the issue may be that since the Primary nic is not setup but the secondary nic is. I have disabled the primary nic and still the issue remains. Also when I run bf1942_w32ded.exe it does not detect an ip. I have to manually setup the ip and it will start on that ip. Any one have any ideas?
