agentpr24 Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 Hi, i got a question and since there is a load of thread and i dont remember if there is one about it, here is my question ; Does any of you have clients that are able to connect via there IP's and there ts.mydomain.com and others only with there IP's. I got about 20-30% of my TS3 clients that can only acces there server with the IP and not with there ts.mydomain.com. I have tried to create this error for me with 2 rooters and nothing. I activated few firewall on my desktop and my laptop and still nothing. I had some clients that had material & virtual conflict but many of them have rooter & firewall and even with everything open, they have this problem. I have talk to the tech. of Triton and what they told me does not change anything. Is there something my client (or me) have to do. Thanks for your help.
