tehrichie
Does anyone use this? Currently, we just direct our clients to either livechat or WHMCS ticket system for support. What do you guys do? Discuss.

ECF
I am surprise that more people do not use it. With the integrated system is is much easier to quickly get to the server in question as the client is require to pick a service when they submit a ticket. I know a few companies do use it, but not many.
dimitrifrom31
I use it for the reason invoked by ECF, a simple click and u go to user home or service home and u can start working already. Saves much time, not to mention that clients use to log almost only on their game cpanel so thats more convenient for them as for me. Basically some never log on the billing panel, they just fill the order form using paypal subscription.

We use WHMCS support and just created a custom link in TCAdmin Control Panel that takes the customer to the WHMSC support page We also modified WHMCS to require the customer to enter their TCAdmin username and server IP when submitting a ticket. GS-Liam
How'd you guys go about adding the custom link? System settings > Custom Links We use WHMCS support tickets also, Your also able to have a signature auto added on that which i belive tcadmin lacks that feature, With whmcs the client also selects in the drop down list there service, and then you can click on it in the admin support ticket and go direct to that service, so i dont really see the need for the ip question if i'm honest Cheers
tehrichie
Wow never knew about custom links. It was hiding in system settings way at the bottom. Super sick and makes it more convenient for the client. Thanks!
