FTP Server

Morning,

 

trying to setup psycostats, for CSS it basicaly sits on my webserver, and my gameserver uploads the logs to the webserver to view the stats, so i need to setup one of my server running tcadmin to have FTP access, ive tried for hours,

 

i can acces the ftp using the local address of the server, using ftp://10.1.1.9 but it wont let me when i use my internet ip, ive setup port fowarding on the router, and its not using passive

If it is not using passive mode then any standard FTP uses port 21 for connection but then will open a secondary port for transfers. However the second port it opens is random.
