TCAdmin Remote Win 2003 server

This means that the remote cannot connect back to the Master for some reason. Maybe a firewall is blocking it?

No firewall, and it connect to the master server for all other functions.

Which function are you trying to perform? Also, is that remote running the same version as the master?
