TCadmin Advanced Module (WHMCS)

We are currently having an issue with the tcadmin advanced module for whmcs, when you click the terminate button on the product / service it terminates the whole tcadmin account and just not the game server you terminated which means if they have multiple services everything goes poof.

Anyway we can prevent this ?

Derek, what did you do to fix it since we experience the same issue? If terminate is issued then it removes the customers entire TCAdmin account and not just an individual service. So we've just manually gone to TCAdmin to delete the service and been setting the accounts as cancelled. It's not that big of a deal but it would be nice if it would just terminate the single instance.

Nothing was done, it only terminates the whole account if it's the last service.
