Derek
We are currently having an issue with the tcadmin advanced module for whmcs, when you click the terminate button on the product / service it terminates the whole tcadmin account and just not the game server you terminated which means if they have multiple services everything goes poof. Anyway we can prevent this ?
ECF
Might want to put in a ticket Derek. Did WHMCS have an update recently?
Derek
Nevermind, it works how it should.
lpgservers
Derek, what did you do to fix it since we experience the same issue? If terminate is issued then it removes the customers entire TCAdmin account and not just an individual service. So we've just manually gone to TCAdmin to delete the service and been setting the accounts as cancelled. It's not that big of a deal but it would be nice if it would just terminate the single instance.

adamnp
I believe it will terminate the entire userid also if 1 service is marked as 'disabled' and another as 'enabled'.
lpgservers
I'll have to set up some test accounts then and try that out. Thanks!
