i have 2 new ips how can i add them to tcadmin?

i have 2 more ips i asked for, from my hosting provider, and there installed on my server, but when i go to Create a Game and Voice Server > Server IP: there not listed, how to do i make them show up on the Server IP: list

 

Admin Home > System Settings > Servers > Restart Server?

Admin Home > System Settings > Servers > choose the drop down next to your server and select configure IPs. Then select import all and your done!

just one last thing. i went into Admin Home > System Settings > Servers and (dropdown menu) > configure IPs, then i go to new add them (also tried clicking import), they show on the dropdown menu in Server IPS: when creating a server, but they dont show in Gaming Services, i contacted my server provider and they said my ips were configured to my server

but the original ips work, just when creating another css server wont show up in Gaming Services.

Delete all the IPs in the list in the control panel. Then use the import feature in TCAdmin to import the IPs. This method will import any IP that is bound to the network card. If they are not bound then they will not show in the IP list.

ok i used the import feature brought all my ips in tcadmin, but it still shows up in the list, but doesn't create a server, i have my normal ip which im hosting a surf server on and used the ip 184.155.144.30:27015 and used the same ip 184.155.144.30:27016 < i have port 27016 open and still wont create a server, should i restart my server or will that erase all my servers that are hosting at the moment?

Check the Monitor.error log, see whats in there.

Fix that problem first by actually creating the default config files and see if you still have an issue.
