UK dedi needed

I am needing a dedicated server in the UK. I need someone to point me in the right direction or make me a deal here. Also list places i should stay away from lol... I need at least the following,

 

intel quad, core2quad, similar (no amd)

8-12 gb ram

average size HD

windows 64 bit

decent bandwidth

***I also need a video card in the box, onboard graphics will not work***

 

the vid card is for nova games (non affiliate files)

 

if possible can i get the conversion to USD.
