WHMCS says Module Command Error No results were returned

I have a client that has placed an order and it failed to install automatically..

 

You can see from the image that it is pending, and i press the create button only to receive the error message at the top of the page.

 

Can somebody please help.

What do your tcadmin logs say!?!

I am getting this same error and my logs don't show anything...

check the lastcommand and look over the information that is being sent.

Remote onto the server that is running the tcadmin master and navigate to

C:\Program Files (x86)\TCAdmin Control Panel\Logs from a x64 based OS.

C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel\Logs from a x86 based OS.

 

billingapi.lastcommand.txt

and

BillingAPI.Errors.txt

as well as many other files. Check those out for any inconsistencies and/or problems.

Have you guys added the WHMCS web ip to TCAdmin to allow API connections?
