Are there config files for this game from EA or is it again an in house provider thing.. Or is it lunched from the cd ? anyone got heads up on this and any info on ports etc ...

Hi, i've made a little search on the internet and, it seems you need the authorization of EA to get the files and run the server...

 

If you got that license, then yes. But, else, forget about making server for that game

I thought EA are providing these servers.

 

Or else why would you be paying a hour or monthly fee?

 

I don't think anyone can provide these maybe an authorization ranked provider but these servers are hosted by EA only

All Points Bulletin is a MMO. Being so, the servers are ran similar to WoW. In this case, Real Time Worlds, the game developer, runs the servers.

 

As far as I know, EA has nothing to do with it, they are just the distributor.

so its alike slikroad and the likes ..
